Ticket Cancellation & Use Policy
This Ticket Cancellation & Use Policy (collectively, this "Policy") governs all ticket purchases, admissions, and attendance rules and guidelines related to any and all live entertainment and immersive experiences presented through interactive installations and technology and hosted or offered by Your ID™, Inc., a Delaware for-profit business corporation ("Your ID™", "we", "us", or "our"), and constitutes a legal agreement between Your ID™ and you ("you", "your", "yourself" and "Visitor"). Your ID™ is not a ticketing agent, broker, or reseller, and does not sell, process, or administer tickets directly. All tickets for Events are sold, issued, and administered by the Ticketing Partner (as defined below), including Vivaticket or other third party. Tickets for an Event are issued and distributed through the Ticketing Partner. Your ID™ does not act as an agent of the Ticketing Partner for purposes of ticket sales, payment processing, ticket distribution, or customer account management. The Visitor acknowledges that the Ticketing Partner operates independently of Your ID™ and may impose its own terms of service, conditions of sale, privacy policies, fees, and other requirements applicable to the purchase, issuance, or management of Event tickets.
When you purchase a ticket, you are transacting directly with the Ticketing Partner through its platform. Your purchase, payment processing, ticket delivery, and related services are governed by the applicable terms of service and privacy policy of Vivaticket, the applicable terms of service and privacy policy of Ticketmaster, or of such other Ticketing Partner used by Your ID™ from time to time. Regardless of whether you purchase your ticket through Ticketmaster, you may receive an email from Ticketmaster containing your ticketing information. Your ID™ is not responsible or liable for the operation of the Ticketing Partner's platform or for matters related to ticket purchasing, payment processing, or ticket administration. Your ID™ is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, systems, or services of the Ticketing Partner, including, but not limited to, payment processing, ticket delivery, ticket transfers, platform availability, or errors in ticket issuance.
By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or attending an Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy, including any posted venue rules, operating policies, and Your ID™'s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Company Policies").
ARTICLE I — DEFINITIONS. For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"Event" means an immersive experience using interactive installations and technology hosted or offered by Your ID™.
"Ticket" means a paid admission credential, whether digital or physical, granting entry to the Event, subject to Your ID™ Policies.
1.3 "Ticketing Partner" means the third-party ticketing company facilitating ticketing administration for Events, including Vivatickets and Ticketmaster.
1.4 "Timed Entry" means admission scheduled for a specific date and/or time slot.
1.5 "Showtime" means any scheduled performance, session, time slot, or entry window operated as part of the Event.
1.6 "Venue" means the physical location where the Event is held, including any related facilities, entrances, and surrounding premises controlled by Your ID™ or its partners or service providers.
1.7 "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of Your ID™, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, natural disasters, terrorism, civil unrest, public health emergencies, pandemics, government orders, power outages, labor disputes, security threats, technical failures, or venue-related shutdowns.
ARTICLE II — TICKET PURCHASES; ALL SALES FINAL.
2.1 Final Sale. All Ticket sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
2.2 No Transfers. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise conveyed unless expressly authorized in writing by Your ID™. Your ID™ reserves the right to refuse entry for any Ticket reasonably suspected to be obtained through unauthorized resale or fraudulent means.
2.3 No Price Adjustments. Your ID™ shall have no obligation to provide refunds or credits due to price reductions, promotions, discount codes, or pricing changes after purchase.
2.4 Chargebacks. Visitors shall not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Your ID™ to attempt resolution.
ARTICLE III — TIMED ENTRY; ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Scheduled Admission. Tickets may be issued for a specific date and/or Showtime. Visitors must arrive during the designated entry window stated on the Ticket or confirmation.
3.2 Late Arrival. Your ID™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry to Visitors who arrive late. If operationally feasible, Your ID™ may permit late entry or entry at a later Showtime; however, such accommodation is not guaranteed and may be subject to capacity constraints.
3.3 No-Show Policy. Failure to appear for the designated Showtime shall be treated as a no-show and shall result in forfeiture of the Ticket without refund, credit, or rescheduling.
ARTICLE IV — CANCELLATION; RESCHEDULING
4.1 Cancellation of Event. If an Event is canceled and not rescheduled, Your ID™ may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, issue refunds or credits to Ticket holders. Any refund or credit provided shall constitute Visitor's sole and exclusive remedy.
4.2 Rescheduling; Postponement. If an Event is postponed, rescheduled, delayed, or otherwise modified, the Ticket shall remain valid for the rescheduled date and/or Showtime as determined by Your ID™. Refunds are not guaranteed and shall be provided only if required by law or expressly authorized by Your ID™ in writing.
4.3 Operational Interruptions. Your ID™ shall not be liable for partial interruptions of an Event, including delays, temporary closures, or altered Visitor flow caused by operational needs, crowd control, security procedures, or technical adjustments.
4.4 Event Modifications. Your ID™ reserves the right to modify an Event at any time, including but not limited to:
(a) Event structure, sequence, and duration;
(b) layout, installations, props, or interactive components;
(c) audio/visual content, lighting, or effects;
(d) performers, staff, or visitor engagement features;
(e) merchandise availability; and
(f) any other creative or operational element.
Such modifications shall not entitle Visitor to any refund, credit, or compensation.
4.5 Force Majure. Your ID™ shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, delay, closure, or interruption resulting from a Force Majeure Event. Except where required by law, no refunds or credits shall be owed for cancellations or disruptions caused by Force Majeure Events.
4.6 Chargebacks and Fraud. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in cancellation of Tickets, revocation of entry privileges, and prohibition from future ticket purchases. Your ID™ reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.
ARTICLE V — ENTRY RIGHTS; REMOVAL; VENUE RULES
5.1 Venue Terms. By purchasing a ticket to or attending an Event held at a Ceasars Entertainment venue, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by Ceasars Entertainment's terms of service and privacy policy, or if an Event is held elsewhere, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by such other venue host's terms of service and privacy policy in conjunction with your attendance at the Event.
5.2 Right to Refuse Entry. Your ID™ reserves the right to refuse entry to any Visitor for reasons including, but not limited to, capacity limits, safety concerns, noncompliance with venue policies, intoxication, disorderly conduct, violation of the terms of any of the Company Policies, or failure to present a valid Ticket.
5.3 Removal Without Refund. Your ID™ may remove any Visitor from the Venue, without refund or compensation, for violation of the terms of any of the Company Policies, violation of venue rules, harassment of staff or other Visitors, disruptive behavior, intoxication, or illegal activity.
5.4 Compliance with Instructions. Visitors shall comply with all posted signage and instructions issued by Your ID™ personnel or Venue security or staff at all times.
ARTICLE VI — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION
6.1 Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your ID™, its affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, Venue operators, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Ticket purchase, admission, or attendance.
6.3 Maximum Liability. If liability is imposed notwithstanding the foregoing limitations, Your ID™'s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Visitor for the applicable Ticket.
6.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your ID™ and its affiliates, and its and their officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, contractors, licensors, Venue operators, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your attendance or conduct; (b) your violation of the terms of any of the Company Policies; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your misuse of Company property or Event content, technology, or other Event materials.

ARTICLE VIII — MISCELLANEOUS. This Article VIII and its subsections will survive termination of this Policy for any reason.
8.1 Governing Law. The interpretation and enforcement of this Policy, and any dispute related to this Policy, will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. For all other proceedings, the federal and state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive any objection to venue in any such courts. All disputes or proceedings brought under this Policy will be subject to Section 15 (Arbitration; Class Action Waiver) of the Terms of Service.
8.2 Severability. If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of any such provision in every other respect and the remaining provisions of this Policy will be unimpaired and this Policy will continue in full force and effect, unless the provisions held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable will substantially impair the benefits of the remaining provisions hereof.
8.3 Waiver; Amendment; Assignment. No waiver of any right or remedy by us will be valid unless in writing, and waiver of a right or remedy on one occasion by us will not be deemed a waiver of such right or remedy on any other occasion. Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, this Policy may not be amended or modified except by a writing signed by you and us. You may not assign this Policy or any of your rights or obligations and any attempt to do so will be void. We may freely assign this Policy or any of our rights or obligations (in whole or in part, including without limitation in connection with the sale, assignment, or other divestiture of some or all of our assets or business that relate to all or any portion of an Event), and you waive notice of such assignment.
8.4 Conflict. In the event there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, this Policy shall control.
